A. Safety institutions

Second, mechanical adjustment
(1) regular inspection of machine gears, templates, lubricating oil circuit, keep clean, timely addition of lubricants;

(3) machine operating table position debugging, the whole machine level debugging;
(4) to determine whether the dryer, material tube, mold on the work of the electric heating device is normal.
Three, electrical computer
(1) regularly check the electrical insurance, the whole machine line, computer parameters;

(3) Regular 5S electrostatic dust removal for the electric control box.
Fourth, the hydraulic oil circuit
(1) regular testing of hydraulic pressure, oil tank, lubrication system;
(2) for each moving part in the machine, add lubricating oil;
(3) every six months to filter the hydraulic oil once.
